Mike Everly, President of Avenue Business Center, commissioned marketing agency Treehouse 51 to manage and deliver the website redesign to emphasize the center’s key selling points. Among them, the center boasts a prominent address on 500 North Michigan Avenue — one of the most sought-after locations in Chicago — and the new website design throws the spotlight onto this impressive business address.
“It really is a case of ‘location location location’ and the address — the Magnificent Mile — is very special to this brand,” says Kirk Deis, CEO at Treehouse 51. Kirk added: “The new site focuses on community, visuals, cleaner layout, simple navigation, and user engagement. We took on this project because Mike Everly sold us on his vision, and we wanted to be part of telling his story.”
As part of the development work, two former websites have been merged in order to improve the brand experience to drive traffic and conversions and keep all solutions under one roof, thereby enhancing the user experience.
The new interface is also mobile-friendly, which was an essential requirement for the re-design. More Internet users are now accessing online material from mobile devices than ever before, and this trend is only set to continue. Therefore it’s essential that the new website can adapt to various browsing habits across numerous devices — including desktop, smartphones and tablets — in order to create a seamless user experience.
In addition the website also allows users to select and book services online, including coworking space and meeting rooms.
